This heavy-weight Turkish towel is made from 100% Turkish cotton and handwoven on century-old semi-automatic looms in Hatay, Turkey.
The Fidan collection features a handwoven 100% heavy-weight fabrication with a classic herringbone weave and stunning aquamarine & burnt orange striped detail.
One of the thickest pieces in the Oddbird collection, these towels are woven from fine-grade cotton that creates a relaxed but dense structure that closely mimics the weight of a traditional bath-towel.
This Fidan is especially luxurious and feels great against the skin. Softer and more absorbent with every wash, these textiles were made to function as towels but are effortlessly used in so many other ways.
Perfect as a shawl, to throw on your couch for some texture, use it as a blanket at the end of the bed or spread it as a tablecloth.

This set is the perfect winter loungewear. The sile fabric is heavier than the normal Kardes set, but the pants are full length compared to the cropped length of the green sile set. The color is beautiful and it is, of course, super comfy. Another winner to add to my collection!
I love this Kaftan, it is so comfy and flattering. It was a bit long for my 5’0” frame, but I hemmed it and had enough fabric to sew patch pockets (a la the Kardes robe). Now it is perfect! I would love to see this made with side seam pockets some day.
I bought the Dalga Kimono-Cut Robe and it's perfect! I'm 5'4" and I think a full length would have been too much fabric for my height. They were sold out of the Sm/M, which would have been my size. So I bought the M/L just to try, and it was too big at first. But after one wash & dry it is now perfect! I knew I wanted to dry it for softness, so I think if I had bought the Sm/M it would have been too small after the dryer.
I wear it every day and sometimes I fall asleep in it! It keeps me cool and cozy. Beware when wearing it in the kitchen... the sleeves like to drag themselves through everything... lol.

I mean these look good, and would work as a scarf or table cover I guess, but they fail in one task a bath towel should do aka absorb moisture from your body therefore rendering them useless.

I had been admiring woven linen towels for a while, and after recently learning more about micro fibers and their effects on the environment I decided to start making progress to eliminating those for our family. First step, buying these gorgeous towels. They serve many practical purposes in addition to being the best towels, overall having a warming presence. I love how they keep my curls intact as well (instead of frizzing them out like many towels do). First purchase from odd bird and will not be my last. Curated Autumn Towels
Ive always wanted to try out turkish towels but hesitated because of the price point. I wanted to find a company that made quality products before committing. Since I already own a robe from Oddbird and love it so much I pulled the trigger and purchased this set. You get 4 beautifully made towels and the colors are lovely! You do need to follow care instructions in order to bring out the magic in these towels. My towels are in their third wash cycle and they shed only a little bit now and are much softer. They also dry fast and I dont have any issue with the fabric not absorbing moisture. No regrets buying and the price is worth it.
I have loved wearing this loungewear. It's well made, extremely comfortable, and easy to move around in. It was a little long in the pants (I'm 5'2") but a single wash on a gentle cycle did the trick. The blue is beautiful, and the linen does a good job of keeping you warm but not stuffy. I plan to keep this set around for a long time.

I really love the look of this set, and it’s by far the most comfortable lounge set I own. During pandemic times when I barely leave the house or put on makeup, it makes my days feel a little more put together.
My only complaint is the fabric pulls very easily, I’ve only had it a few weeks and it’s already getting little holes and starting to get a little raggedy. I suppose for something to be this light and breezy the fabric will be more delicate, but I guess I was hoping for something that would keep together longer for the cost.

4 stars out of 5 as I wished this item was lined as the dresses are. It's just a nice detail to have if you want to wear this piece out of the house. :) But this not so quite electric blue color is awesome. I think it will go well with all skin tones.

Beautiful
I eagerly waited for a restock and as soon as it was available ordered the full Kardes set. It is lovely - so soft, beautiful color, and well made. I was surprised by how delicate the material is... I’m had been picturing a “I will live in this” piece but I’m a little worried about the seams pulling. Also, I ordered a large so that they’d be plenty roomy and cozy but the waistband is tight and the elastic is stiff - not as comfortable as I was hoping. I’m sure they relax a little with wear. Overall still a beautiful set!

This is my first piece from this brand. And it truly did not disappoint! The fabric is so light and airy you’ll hardly know it’s there, while still being opaque enough to wear during the day in public. It’s also just the kind of comfort I was looking for postpartum. Love love love them!

Super soft and comfy
I love all my Oddbird purchases and these ones are no exception. They are so soft and cosy that I never want to take them off. My only recommendation is to secure the elastic differently as it tends to roll and I find myself straightening it out often. The pants are longer than I thought but I just need to get them hemmed slightly then they will be perfect. They are to be worn very high which I love but some may not.

My first Oddbird purchase and definitely not my last! This is by far the best set I’ve ever received, I truly haven’t taken it off (except to wash) since receiving it! It’s incredibly soft, flowy in all the right places and perfect for all the days spent at home! I definitely am even more excited to purchase my robe soon! So soft, so comfy, good looking. I never want to take the top off! The elastic on the pants was a little tight at first but it's loosened up and feels fine now. I like that the elastic is thick and burly, I prefer that to a thinner type. Really happy with the purchase. The set feels quite luxurious.

I love the feel of these - they're light and loose -- i just wish the waistband was a little more forgiving. It's very tight and structured without much give, which isn't something you really want in a lounge pant.

To lengthen the lifespan of our lounge pants, in the face of high frequency laundering and wear, we opted to use a sturdier elastic for the most recent collection. The elastic was designed to offer a flattering fit while loosening up perfectly over time. We have made a note of your feedback and look forward to offering a modification on this on our next collection!
