We want you to love your purchase guys! Bottom line.... So if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will work to make it right.
Due to the handwoven nature of our products, there may be slight variations in shades of color and quirky imperfections in the weave of the textile. We like to think that these variations are something to be celebrated and add to the beauty of owning a handmade or vintage item.
We work to ensure that any imperfection or inconsistency never compromise the integrity of the item and that it only adds character we think our customers will enjoy.
Oddbird Co. offers returns for store credit or exchange for items in new condition that have been purchased within 30 days.
Custom-made orders and ‘sale’ purchases are final sale.
In most cases we do not offer a refund but orders with extenuating circumstances are happily managed on a case by case basis.

BEFORE sending back any item please email our customer service guru, Summer to begin the returns process. She will work to find the perfect solution for you.
Once your return has been received you can expect your store credit code or refund to be initiated within 1-2 business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping.
