Our lightweight Kaftan Lounge Dress is the perfect transitional piece to take you from indoors to outdoors with ease.

Designed to not only be worn as a nightgown but to also throw over swimwear in the warmer months or to be styled as a beautiful day dress. With a flattering slightly oversized fit, an easy to wear 3/4 sleeve and featuring a beautiful traditional Ottoman-era button detail, Our Kaftan Lounge Dress is constructed with differing body-shapes in mind.

Cut & sewn in small batches in historic, Turkey using a uniquely woven 100% Turkish cotton gauze that is spun and dyed to order by local artisans and handcrafted ethically and sustainably in small-batches with pride.

This piece comes pre-washed/shrunk, to release its original texture and softness.

Comfy and compliments

I wore this to lounge around on a vacation with 10 family members. It felt great on my skin after being on the beach all day. It was the perfect, modest lounge outfit when sharing a house with others. I received many compliments!

Almost perfect

I love love love these dresses, but there are a few sewing pattern changes that I feel like could be made to make it even better. First, this is only designed for tall people, if you're petite, you'll be tripping over the fabric. They do supposedly offer free hemming if you email them. However, the email returns to sender as not usable, and you have to pay for the shipping. Secondly, the space between the buttons is wide enough that you can see everything under dress, which I wish could be nothing, but then you'd see private areas, so now I have to wear a tank under it every time. These are not deal breakers for me. I sew, so I'll probably just try to hem it myself, and I will likely also sew most of the button area together as well. Overall, despite all that, I really do love these dresses, and I don't regret the purchase.
