Turkish Delight Gin Fizz – Where mom’s two favorite things come together – dessert and a festive stiff drink!
The perfect Mother’s day treat!
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz rose syrup
Egg white
Soda water (to top)
pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
METHOD
Combine gin, rose syrup, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and egg white and first dry shake the mixture gently (shake all ingredients without ice) to build froth.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or a tall glass over fresh ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a pomegranate seeds for little pops of tartness as you drink!
