All samples and seconds items are ineligible for our complimentary alterations or Lifetime Repairs service.
Seconds & Sample Sale items are sold in as-is condition with guides on each item listing showing a range of issues that the item may have. We cannot guarantee which product will have which production issue and the customer must be willing to accept the item they receive. Examples of such imperfections include weave imperfections, thread gathers, runs in weave, small stains, pulls in weave, and minor discolorations. All damage will be marked with a colored dot.
