  • Discount Details:
    Discounts are applied sitewide and all prices are as marked.
    No additional discount codes or offers may be applied.

  • Final Sale Items:
    All items discounted by 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Please review our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
    Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.

  • Shipping:
    Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $250 USD (before tax and shipping fees).

  • Gift With Purchase:
    Orders totaling $300 USD or more (before tax, shipping, and Redo protection) will receive a complimentary Oddbird Cap valued at $45 — while supplies last.
    Eligible orders will automatically include the gift in their shipment.

    If an item from your order is returned and your total falls below the $300 threshold, the complimentary gift must also be returned.
    If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.

  • Processing Times:
    Due to the high volume of orders, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.
