Sponsors
The Oddbird x Youer Winter Rituals Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by OddBird Co., 4400 W Riverside Dr, Suite 110-880, Burbank, CA 91505 ("Oddbird"), together with Youer ("Youer") (each a "Sponsor", together the "Sponsors"). Oddbird administers the Giveaway.
No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Eligibility
Open to any global entrants who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and contractors of either Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and people living in the same household are not eligible.
Entry period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, October 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Oddbird's computer is the official timekeeping device.
How to enter
During the Entry Period, visit this page, enter a valid email address, tick the consent box and click "Sign me up!". Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made using multiple email addresses, scripts, bots or other automated means, or that are incomplete or received after the Entry Period, are void.
Email marketing
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Oddbird and Youer. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing will not affect your entry. Your information is handled in line with Oddbird's Privacy Policy and Youer's privacy policy (available on its website).
The prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A $500 USD Oddbird digital voucher, redeemable online at oddbirdco.com
- A $500 USD Youer digital voucher, redeemable online at shopyouer.com
Total approximate retail value: $1,000 USD. Vouchers are emailed to the winner, are for online purchases only and are subject to each Sponsor's gift card or voucher terms. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred or substituted, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except that a Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
Winner selection and odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Saturday, October 31, 2026, conducted by Oddbird, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter. The potential winner must reply within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize and may be asked to confirm their eligibility. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible or the notification is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Winner announcement and publicity
The winner will be announced on or about October 31, 2026. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that the Sponsors may share their first name, last initial and state of residence in connection with the Giveaway, without further compensation.
General conditions
The Sponsors may disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these rules, or acting in a fraudulent or disruptive manner.
Right to end or change the Giveaway
The Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, end early, suspend or modify the Giveaway (including these Official Rules) at any time, including if fraud, technical problems or any other factor beyond their reasonable control affects the fairness, integrity or proper running of the Giveaway. Any changes will be posted on this page. If the Giveaway is ended early, the Sponsors may, where permitted by law, select a winner at random from eligible entries received up to that point. Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Release and limitation of liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, network or email failures of any kind.
Social media
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social platform.
Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

To request the winner's first name and state, or with any questions, email customerservice@oddbirdco.com with the subject "Winter Rituals Giveaway" by December 31, 2026.
