'Aydin' meaning morning light in Turkish, our beloved loungewear staple is inspired by the first spark of light to grace our day. Familiar in all the ways a new dawn is, our Aydin dress is a wistful and modern reimagining of a flattering and time-honored 'wrap' silhouette.
Designed to be worn in the comfort of your home as a house dress, over swimwear as a light layer, or as the perfect summer day dress when stepping out. Featuring a flattering drop sleeve that hits the tricep juuuust right, a single pocket for convenience and lengthy waist ties to wear two ways; tied loose in front to create a flowing silhouette or to wrap around cinching the waist for a more dressed up look, this piece is not only comfortable, but chic and easy to wear.
Our loungewear collections are cut & sewn in small batches in historic Turkey, using a uniquely woven 100% cotton Turkish textured Šile Cloth that is spun and dyed-to-order by local artisans and handcrafted ethically and sustainably with pride.

I honestly couldn't love this stress more. The color (burnt orange) is gorgeous, and the fit is so flattering. I now want one in every color.

LOVE the look, weight and feel of this dress. The deep blue indigo is regal, sleek and super flattering. I would be fine wearing this at an executive meeting, dinner with friends, or a weekend farmer’s marketplace. Like many OddBird outfits - its versatility is what makes it so fantastic. I went down a size and find it to be a perfect fit.

Minus one star because I assumed it would be the same as my other. This one isn’t lined and the fabric is slightly different but still beautiful. The color on the lil dot is accurate, but the pics are much darker.
I must say I love this company for many reasons, but mostly the service. After a nightmare with the postal service that was brought on by my not reading the notes on the sizing for another dress, they hung in there with me until the issue was resolved. Patiently.

This is the most comfortable dress. I’ve purchased this design in several different colors and love each of them. I’m 6’ tall 160lb with an athletic build and prefer my clothing to fit me loosely, so I went with the XL in case it shrank a little during washing. I am very happy with my purchases.
(Additionally: I recently had major abdominal surgery and bilateral mastectomy and these dresses were my mainstay in the days following. Perfectly adjustable for comfort, and the pocket held my drains nicely.)

I love so much about this dress, but it's veeery long if you're short - both in the waist and where it hits (for me, all the way to the ankle). Quality and color (burnt orange) are stunning as always and it looks great under the Temel jacket.
