Item is gorgeous. Customer service is nonexistent. Responded via SM but won’t resolve by email. Can’t exchange size, stuck with a super expensive item I can’t ever wear. Makes each monthly payment a burn. Will pay off next month to lower the salt factor. Never again.

Amazing dress

I had my eye on this dress for several months but wasn’t sure about the price tag. I finally bought it and I’m so glad I did! It’s so versatile. You can wear it to work, lounge around in it at home, or dress up for a night out! LOVE!

I usually wear an xl or xxl in most brands but I sized down as the listing suggested. I have an hourglass shape and sometimes dresses that are too baggy seem unflattering on my body type. Sizing down was definitely appropriate for me. If you want the dress to look more voluminous like the models in the photos, then I would say to stay true to size.
