This is one of my favorite dresses I own. It’s SO easy to just throw on and it makes you feel so effortlessly stylish. It is extremely unique in all of the ways you can tie the dress, which makes you feel like you have multiple outfit options. Let me say, every time I wear this I get compliments. When it comes to washing, this specific piece I just wash like normal and throw in the dryer. It dries really well and seems to get softer and more comfy with every wash and dry. It’s such an easy piece to maintain. I wouldn’t say I saw any shrinkage when I dried it which was surprising. The ruya is also something you could wear in all weather conditions. When it gets cold it’s easy to just throw on a cardigan and boots! I own two Ruyas and i definitely plan to get more!

I've been wanting a Ruya tunic for years and finally decided to get one as I have a trip to Turkiye next month and several warm weather trips planned for next year. After receiving it and trying it on, I'm so glad I did! It's perfect, especially for hot weather and travel. You can tie it in so many different ways and each way really does make a difference in the look of the dress, so it's super versatile. The material feels really breathable. I did size down (and am glad I did) because it's meant to be loose but I still wanted some shape.

Wearing my customized tunic for the first time today and it’s so beautiful! I say customized because the lovely Oddbird team shortened it for my 5’2” frame at no charge which was so appreciated. I like the simple cinched tie for today because I want to keep it very floaty for the over 90 F and humid weather today in Brooklyn. The fabric is gorgeous and the construction is such quality. Highly recommend!

This dress didn’t feel right at first. I just couldn’t get the tie the way I wanted it and I actually submitted a return but the fabric is absolutely delicious and it’s so beautifully well made that I kept trying to make it work and I finally found a tie style that is perfect for me. Try this on a few times in a few different ways because I feel like an old Hollywood leading lady out for a garden stroll. I immediately need a giant hat and a basket of flow ts to stroll the farmers market. This dress may become my entire personality. I feel well put together, yet comfortable. I’m debating on if I need this in another color….
