Yet another Oddbird piece that can so effortlessly be dressed up or down and can grow with you from pregnancy through postpartum. My only complaint is that sometimes the collar will stick up with a gap on the back of my neck and I wish it would lay flat. I've been meaning to see if taking it in for alterations would do the trick, just haven't gotten around to you it yet. Even with this little hiccup for me, I still adore the Kardes sets and wish I could own one in every color.

I ordered my first Kardes set during Covid for online meetings. I have the olive colored set. I still wear it to work and always receive compliments about how great it looks. I love how versatile it is. Dress it up or down. I just ordered the cotton plum set and can't wait for it to arrive.

I bought my first Kardes top when they sold them with Madewell! In green no less. Then bought the charcoal set, charcoal kardes shorts, the kardes print pants. Many pieces that are still going strong.

They have been by my side pre baby, through pregnancy and postpartum and looked great at each stage.

I use for lounge, to sleep in, as a swim coverup. Effortlessly cool outfit on vacation, although feels too casual to wear the set out and about for me.

Does fade in wash so if you have a set, i recommend washing together all the time to keep them consistent in color.

I prefer the gauze material to the other material options- its very light and breathes well.

They can be worn higher wasited or the waist band is thick enough to fold down on e without riding up too much. I like the pockets in the pants. I did once buy from the seconds/sample sale and no pockets which i was bummed about.

Mine have seen a lot of love and they do get thread bare in the hard worked areas like knees and waistband.

I typically wait to buy until they offer a free ship around holidays etc because they are expensive and the shipping costs just put it over the edge for me to pull the trigger.
